## Description

ElevenLabs is seeking a System Architect to build the engine behind its full-funnel lifecycle programs across Creator, Enterprise, and Developer segments.

The successful candidate will architect a lifecycle system where launching a new vertical in a new market is a configuration change, not a rebuild. They will define the data model and segmentation logic underneath the journeys, then ship them.

Key responsibilities:

- Architect a parameterized lifecycle system where new industries, segments, and languages are configuration changes

- Design and launch onboarding, nurture, and upsell campaigns across Creator, Enterprise, and Developer segments

- Prototype and ship integrations and logic

- Own lifecycle touchpoints across channels with clear, measurable goals

- Build multilingual nurture flows that scale globally

- Set up and manage A/B testing plans and track performance

- Own the reporting framework for lifecycle marketing

- Build ABM infrastructure for targeted, account-level nurture and retention programs

- Partner with design and engineering teams to deploy campaigns

- Bring structure and governance to lifecycle strategy

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in B2B lifecycle, demand gen, or marketing automation roles, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company. They are proficient in HubSpot, Salesforce, and have experience building and managing lead scoring and MQL/SQL/PQL funnels.
