## Description

As Regional Manager, you will be the vital link between Ford Australia and our dealer partners across South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. You will drive regional performance across Sales, Service, Customer Satisfaction & Parts, supporting our dealers drive customer demand.

The company has a strong dealer network and an expanding vehicle lineup, with a local design and engineering team that leads the creation of vehicles including the Ranger, Ranger Raptor, and Everest.

Responsibilities:

- Own the performance of the Central & Western Region across Sales, Service, Customer Satisfaction & Parts

- Secure dealer support for, and participation in, all Ford programs

- Build a strong Company-to-Dealer relationship – appointing, managing and motivating the Central & Western Region Dealer Network

- Provide ‘Face of Ford’ to Ford Dealers / business / public / press

Qualifications:

- Relevant Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent

- Solid experience within the automotive industry in a similar role and sound knowledge of automotive dealerships

- Proven leadership experience

- Strong influencing skills

- Passion for the automotive industry

- Experience working in a global environment

- Business acumen with drive for delivering results

- A creative mindset and resilience to find solutions
