As a Group Account Director (Creative + Media) at DEPT, you will lead enterprise/global multi-service portfolios. You will be an expert in understanding your clients' business, challenges, goals, and SWOT, and establish relationships with senior-level client contacts.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Client Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction, regularly communicate with senior decision-makers, and solve issues that arise.

- Strategic Leadership: Identify and support talent, develop future leaders, and ensure high-performing team dynamics.

- Account Management: Financial management of client portfolio revenue, forecasting, reconciling, and monitoring client revenue and profitability.

- Business Development: Lead new business pitches and proposals, develop strong strategic narratives, and participate in thought leadership initiatives.

**Qualifications**

- 12+ years of experience in roles servicing clients in an agency environment.

- Owns $5-7M+ client portfolio.

- Experience leading pitches and driving organic account growth.

- Executive presence: demonstrates self-awareness, strategic thought leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate client needs and opportunities.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $190,000-$240,000 USD.
