## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Brotherhood Peterborough store. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment

- Recommend and sell M&S Food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work flexibly across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

**Schedule:**

- Sunday: 16:30-20:30

- Monday: 18:00-22:00

- Tuesday: 18:00-22:00

- Wednesday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 18:00-22:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools

- Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing demands
