## Description

We are seeking an Assistant Vice President - Journey Excellence and Optimisation to collaborate with stakeholders and use data and Management Information (MI) to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data-led insights. They will participate in projects and initiatives to improve performance and optimisation efficiency and effectiveness, and develop reports and presentations on performance and optimisation to communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations

- Participating in projects and initiatives to improve performance and optimisation efficiency and effectiveness

- Developing reports and presentations on performance and optimisation

- Identifying industry trends and developments, and collaborating with stakeholders across the bank to provide recommendations for change and improvement

- Developing and implementing analytics and reporting performance and optimisation to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations

- Identifying capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information

The ideal candidate will have experience in Target Operating Model design and customer-centric transformation delivery in Banking and financial services / Consulting / Global capability centers. They will have expert-level proficiency in Figma (UI/UX design), Blueworks Live (process mapping), and MS PowerPoint (presentation and storytelling).
