## Description

We are seeking a full-time Cuisinier to join our team at the Ibis Granville Port de Plaisance hotel and participate in preparing dishes for our customers.

The hotel is a 3-star establishment located in the popular seaside resort of Granville, Normandy, and features 59 renovated rooms, a bar, and the Le Hérel restaurant, which serves seafood specialities on its panoramic terrace.

As a Cuisinier, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing and cooking dishes according to the establishment's recipes and quality standards, including meats, fish, vegetables, sauces, and pastries;

- Ensuring the kitchen is set up before service;

- Monitoring product quality, plate presentation, and adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations;

- Participating in receiving and storing goods;

- Maintaining your workstation and kitchen equipment;

- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth and high-quality service.

To qualify, you should have a CAP Cuisine or Bac Pro Cuisine certification, some experience in a kitchen, and enjoy working as part of a team. You must be organised, meticulous, and able to manage priorities during service, with a focus on preparation quality and hygiene rules.
