## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Director, Supply Planning for our networking products division. This high-impact role will develop supply planning capabilities aligned to NVIDIA’s explosive growth in the AI and data center markets.

You will own the end-to-end supply planning strategy and governance, supporting business objectives and achieving revenue goals. You will develop and evolve a scalable planning framework spanning chips, networking, memory, capacity, and server manufacturing to support rapid growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Ensuring the integrity of key planning data inputs, such as BOM structures, factory yields, and cycle times

- Accelerating time-to-market by reducing supply chain complexity and implementing next-generation planning methodologies using AI capabilities

- Managing and elevating direct reports, ensuring continuous training and knowledge sharing throughout the supply chain organization

Requirements:

- 18+ years of overall experience in supply planning, with deep expertise in optics (transceivers) and switches

- 8+ years of experience in a role leading teams or projects, with or without direct reports

- Proven experience leading global teams

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and MRP

- Demonstrated success in implementing planning tools and driving their adoption

- Experience in supporting data centers, AI, networking systems, or high-performance computing products

- MBA or advanced technical degree, or equivalent experience

Preferred qualifications:

- Prior experience at a hyperscaler, cloud provider, or semiconductor company

- Familiarity with optics/transceiver supply chains and key supplier ecosystems
