## Description

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish RN Health Coach to join our Evernorth Workplace Care team in Sarasota and Bradenton, FL.

As a RN Bilingual Onsite Health Coach, you will provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support, identify customer health education needs, and collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing onsite coaching and support to customers

- Conducting targeted health assessments and referring customers to relevant clinical programs

- Collaborating with customers to set personalized health goals and develop strategies to achieve them

- Empowering customers to take an active role in their health outcomes

- Leading health and wellness promotional activities, such as group coaching and seminars

- Performing biometric screenings and utilizing motivational interviewing techniques

- Supporting health-related site events and collaborating with matrix partners

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- An active and unrestricted RN license in Florida

- At least 3 years of experience in the health and wellness field

- At least 1 year of health coaching or health education experience

- Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification

- Strong clinical skills and high energy level with dynamic presentation skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with clients and matrix partners

- Bilingual Spanish skills with ability to pass oral and written language tests

Preferred qualifications include:

- Experience in chronic disease management

- Motivational interview training or experience

- Smoking cessation and diabetes experience
