## Description

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Planner to support our Chip, Boards and Server business. As an Inventory Control Planner, you will be responsible for supporting the inventory control team in managing inventory transactions, reconciliations, aging inventory management, lot splits and merges, shipment arrangements with subcontractors, IC UAT, and other tasks assigned.

Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining quotations in the SAP system, executing scrap audits in subcontractors, and conducting factory physical audits. You will also support the implementation of new systems and related User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

In addition, you will work closely with the new vendor/site bring-up team to ensure smooth inventory control and reconciliation processes. You will collaborate with team members and business partners from different geographical locations to improve business flows and work efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience. You should possess good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, and quantitative skills, as well as proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP.

Fluent English skills are essential, and you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. 2+ years of related experience in semiconductors or above is preferred.
