## Description

Job Title: Marcom Manager

Logitech is seeking a Marcom Manager to join our team in Shanghai, China. As a Marcom Manager, you will be responsible for driving GEO strategy and execution, championing brand marketing and content excellence, strengthening PR and communications, and connecting the dots across GEO, brand, and PR.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the day-to-day execution of Logitech's GEO roadmap across key AI platforms, ensuring our brand content is discoverable, cited, and preferred in AI-generated answers.

- Optimize product and brand content for AI-friendliness, making sure our "professional answers" and "seasonal bursts" are deployed with precision.

- Monitor citation share, track performance, and feed insights back into content planning to continuously improve ROI.

- Develop moment campaign assets, from concept to final delivery, ensuring every brand moment lands with impact and consistency.

- Build and maintain a brand content asset library that serves as the single source of truth for internal teams and external partners.

- Design and deliver capability-building programs that empower distributors and internal teams to elevate execution quality and drive business results.

- Support the execution of integrated communications plans that span product PR, corporate communications, and internal storytelling.

**Requirements:**

- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, marcom, or integrated communications, preferably in consumer electronics, technology, or lifestyle brands.

- Proven experience with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) or a strong understanding of how AI platforms surface and prioritize brand content.

- Solid brand marketing foundation, including leading the development of campaign assets, managing brand content libraries, and designing enablement programs for internal or external teams.

- PR fluency, including understanding the fundamentals of PR, messaging, media relations, and corporate communications.

- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to write compelling content and present ideas clearly.

- Curiosity about AI and digital trends, with a genuine interest in exploring what's next.

- Experience working with distributor or partner ecosystems and understanding what it takes to enable them to win.
