## Description

Joining Razer will place you on a global mission to revolutionize the way the world games. As a Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end consumer electronics product development, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver quality, compliant, cost-effective launches on schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

- Planning, overseeing and leading new product development (consumer electronics – computer & mobile accessories) delivered on time to the agreed quality standard and cost

- Responsible for the entire product development cycle, until it reaches the market, including hardware development, software development, packing design, testing & qualification, safety regulation and supply chain

- Leading project planning sessions, managing project progress and adapting work as required

- Ensuring projects meet deadlines, overseeing cost & all incoming and outgoing project documentation

- Conducting project review, optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

Pre-requisites include:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or other related discipline

- Minimum 8 years project management experience in project manager, product development or engineering

- Experience in working with manufacturers, suppliers and external resources to achieve project goals

- Self-starter who has shown track records in delivering phenomenal products to the market

- Experience and good knowledge in hardware development, packing design, software development, testing & qualification, safety regulation and supply chain is an advantage

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as a team

- Willing to travel for business

- Preferably with related experience in consumer electronics industry

- Requires Mandarin language proficiency for business communication and PMP certification is an advantage
