## Description

FBS – Farmer Business Services is part of Farmers operations, partnering with Capgemini as the Employer of Record. The SAP Finance team supports Finance operations and reporting for Farmers Insurance. The FS-RI technical resource will be responsible for building and delivering new business requirements and use cases, while providing production and business as usual support for existing production processes.

Responsibilities:

- Design and functionality of business applications

- Understand business objectives and IT support

- Conceptual design of business applications

- Review and validate technical design for business applications

- Perform quality review checks on project deliverables

- Validate suppliers' estimates

- Perform impact analysis of application changes

- Translate complex reinsurance requirements into functional and technical specifications

- Set up and maintain treaty and facultative structures

- Ensure accurate reinsurance accounting and integration with SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP FS-CD

- Manage period-end close processes, premium estimations, claims recoveries, and settlements

- Lead or support System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing

Requirements:

- 6+ years Experience working with SAP ABAP

- Experience working with Experience Services framework

- Experience working with SAP S/4 HANA

- Knowledge working with FS-RI
