## Description

The Manager, Content Sales will support the Content Sales Americas team's efforts to grow revenue and profit across the Global Content Sales division. They will apply their insights and analytics experience to support content strategy across distribution models, using sales intelligence to inform sales pitches, rights negotiations, and windowing strategies for the US, Canadian, and Latin American markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build content profiles for major buyers and document acquisition strategies.

- Identify premium content packaging opportunities to maximize profitability.

- Monitor and report trends for the Americas market, including maintaining a tracker of US original commissions and launches.

- Provide insights to support the Americas Content Sales team's sales efforts and nurture a customer-focused approach to selling.

- Analyze title performance and provide regular updates to the sales team.

Requirements:

- Extensive knowledge of content programming, industry trends, and global content distribution best practices.

- Familiarity with third-party data providers and output.

- Rights management proficiency and client and buyer knowledge.

- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.

- Audience-centric approach and problem-solving skills.

Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $80,000 to $90,000.
