## Description

Join Leidos' TRICARE team in Geilenkirchen, Germany, as a TRICARE Beneficiary Services Representative (BSR). This role involves providing crucial support to active-duty military members and their families. You'll work with the TRICARE Overseas Program (TOP) under the Defense Health Agency (DHA).

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Verify benefits and manage enrollments using systems like Defense Online Enrollment System (DOES) and MHS Genesis.

- Update Primary Care Managers (PCMs) according to Military Treatment Facility (MTF) guidelines.

- Educate beneficiaries about TRICARE resources, benefits, and claims processes.

- Provide claims assistance and status updates.

- Conduct informational briefings for various events.

- Manage data and records, including daily activities and Other Health Insurance (OHI) information.

- Assess and escalate issues requiring higher-level assistance.

- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards.

- Collaborate with team members and support remote work.

**Requirements:**

- High school diploma or GED.

- U.S. citizenship.

- SOFA/Command-sponsored status as a dependent of an active-duty service member, DoD employee, or U.S. contractor.

- Eligible for ADP IT III clearance.

- 3+ years of customer service experience.

**Essential Skills:**

- Fluent English with strong communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Effective presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- High attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Familiarity with TRICARE Overseas Program, Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), DOES, and MHS Genesis.

- Experience in U.S. military healthcare delivery, civilian managed care, medical environments, or MHS Genesis.

**Salary:** $32,000 annually, plus a $3,500 annual foreign service premium.
