## Description

We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in leading our team at Bannister Farm, located in Leyland, Lancashire. The successful candidate will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to five autistic adults who may also have a learning disability.

The role involves supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans, assisting qualified staff to deliver safe and effective support, and promoting wellbeing, dignity, and independence among residents.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the assessment and implementation of tailored care plans

- Assisting qualified staff to deliver safe, effective, and person-centred support

- Carrying out day-to-day activities that promote wellbeing, dignity, and independence

- Helping create a positive, supportive environment where residents can thrive

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy Manager, and be a natural leader who is approachable, supportive, and great at bringing out the best in others. They will be passionate about high-quality care and have organisational skills to manage the practical side of care, including risk assessments, audits, and compliance.
