## Description

The Mastercard Economics Institute (MEI) is an economics lab that drives macroeconomic thought leadership in support of Mastercard's efforts to build a more inclusive and sustainable digital economy. We're seeking a Business Operations Analyst to manage the implementation of MEI's recurring operational cadence.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the MEI calendar for the year, including internal and external engagements and meetings, major content milestones, marketing and communications collaboration, and strategy and planning timelines

- Engage directly with partner organizations to intake their operational cadences

- Organize and support weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual meeting cadences

- Support development of relevant content and deliverables for these meetings

- Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to document and oversee research delivery protocols

- Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to maintain finance, budget, headcount and T&E processes

- Meet regularly with MEI internal managers to update central calendar, assess requirements, and surface any operational blockers

Requirements:

- Enthusiastic about operational excellence and problem-solving

- Strong process management skills, with experience in design thinking a plus

- High levels of organization and attention to detail

- Experience with process documentation and/or governance is a plus

- Excellent written communication skills

- Highly responsive and able to work across global time zones
