## Description

Nebius is seeking a highly experienced Security Analyst - Tier 3 for its Security Operations Center (SOC). This senior individual-contributor role leads complex investigations, sets standards for the SOC, and reports to the SOC Manager under the Detection and Response function within the CISO Office.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end complex, multi-stage, multi-domain investigations from scoping to root cause analysis.

- Serve as the SOC's senior escalation point and quality gate for investigations.

- Support the Incident Response team during confirmed incidents.

- Continuously improve SOC investigation methods and tooling.

- Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts.

- Collaborate with various teams to enhance detection and response.

- Participate in readiness activities and on-call rotations.

Requirements:

- 8-10 years of experience in security operations or incident response.

- Expert-level investigation capabilities across multiple domains.

- Solid understanding of cloud-native environments and containerization.

- Proficiency with EDR, SIEM, and log analysis.

- Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux internals.

- Fluency in attacker TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK).

- Strong scripting and data-analysis skills.

- Advanced certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, GNFA, GCFE, or OSCP are advantageous.

- Excellent technical leadership, communication, and written skills.

- Fluent in English.
