## Description

You will be working as a Master's student in Sales Controlling at FUCHS LUBRICANTS GERMANY GmbH in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The company is a leading manufacturer of high-quality lubricants and chemical specialties for the German and international market.

**Your Tasks:**

- In the context of your Master's thesis, you will investigate the question of a proven connection between the purchasing portfolio and customer loyalty.

- You will formulate hypotheses, examine influencing factors, and identify patterns.

- You will also analyze sales, product, and customer behavior data and develop a statistical model to measure the connection.

- Your Master's thesis will not be theoretical, but will provide a contribution to strategic sales decisions.
