## Description

This role owns the commercial case for PayPal+, PayPal's consumer loyalty program. The Sr Manager will own the program P&L, set the funding budget and gates for launch or scale, and define commercial success.

Responsibilities:

- Design and define portfolio strategy for an identified country

- Implement hands-on execution coordination of local and global cross-functional initiatives

- Manage process escalations and propose change implementation

- Collaborate and define priorities based on global commercial product strategy

- Research new opportunities and establish new partnerships

- Engage with ongoing partners and improve relationships and operational efficiencies

- Direct, set, and define customized market-specific product and technology strategies

- Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee key product and platform infrastructures

- Set strategic direction and roadmap to enhance product experience and business metrics

Requirements:

- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience owning a P&L or program economics for a consumer product

- Background in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or consumer financial services

- Track record building and defending business cases

- Experience making a cross-business value case

- Strong financial modeling skills

- Able to work with Finance as partner and challenger
