## Description

The Consumer Direct Analytics team provides analytical support across our direct to consumer sales channels, delivering the reporting, insights, and data models that drive business decisions.

This role partners closely with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into advanced analytical solutions. The consultant is expected to proactively generate strategic insights, influence decision-making, and clearly communicate findings to both technical teams and executive audiences.

The position requires strong expertise in marketing data analytics, the ability to synthesize large and complex datasets, and a high level of storytelling skills to transform data into clear, actionable insights that drive business performance.

The consultant will act as a trusted analytics advisor, leading discussions with stakeholders, challenging assumptions when needed, and ensuring data-driven recommendations are aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining advanced analytical models and data visualizations to support business decision-making

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions

- Providing expert-level guidance on data analysis, interpretation, and visualization

- Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Required skills and qualifications include:

- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science)

- Strong expertise in marketing data analytics, data mining, and statistical modeling

- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
