We're looking for an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our growing practice in Raleigh. As a Trial Attorney, you'll handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep, and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in motor vehicle and trucking accidents.

Our law firm's generous and competitive compensation includes a base salary, guaranteed commission, and competitive ongoing commission fees/bonuses (uncapped), as well as a full benefits package. Each litigator will have a large case staff assisting them, including a dedicated paralegal and a dedicated legal assistant.

Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day pre-litigation and litigation cases

- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and motions

- Guide plaintiff clients through the case process

- Interact with expert witnesses, including conferences and drafting expert reports and affidavits

- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree (J.D./JD/Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school

- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association (NC required)

- Minimum 3+ years of personal injury/premises liability experience

- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
