## Description

We are seeking a MedTech Registered Nurse Liaison to collaborate with healthcare professionals and advocate for patient well-being through medical device technology. As a MedTech Registered Nurse Liaison, you will assist the service team in device collection while facilitating room-to-room device upgrades.

Responsibilities:

- Navigate units and coordinate with unit nurses to assist with pulling pumps as needed, utilizing clinical nursing expertise to address concerns with the medical device.

- Collect devices in a hospital setting while collaborating with department nursing staff and field service technicians.

- Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback during and after in-service assignments as directed.

- Ensure the device collections process does not interfere with the location's activities, using previous hospital experience and customer service skills.

- Training for this role will be provided and is paid.

Requirements:

- Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN) required.

- Hospital or industry experience required.

- RN license required.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with department staff and technicians.

- Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements.

- Ability to stand for extended periods, bending, kneeling, and some lifting of equipment (up to 50 pounds).

- Availability for 3 weeks per month and 1 week off.

Travel Requirement:

- Full-time commitment with travel flexibility.

- Assignment-based schedule with 40+ hour commitment per week.

- National travel required to support customer needs.

- Driving is a business requirement; a valid driver's license and a good driving record are necessary.

- Personal vehicle required for job-related assignments up to 3 hours from home.

- Located within 1 hour of a major airport.

- Travel and travel time are paid.

Preferred Attributes:

- Emergency Room or ICU experience preferred.

- Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) helpful but not required.

- Excellent documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently in customer settings with minimal supervision.

Benefits:

Vaccine/Immunization/Hospital Credentialing Requirement:

- Upon selection, individuals must complete the healthcare facility credentialing process, meeting immunization requirements specified by the facility.

Salary: $37.00 - $39.00 per hour
