## Description

We're looking for Technical Sales Interns who are interested in exploring a career as a Solutions Engineer, connecting people and business through technology. As a Technical Sales Intern, you will have the opportunity to become familiar with the Splunk Product line through observatory sessions with professional Solutions Engineers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Partnering with a Professional Solutions Engineer as they work

- Shadowing customer calls and helping out with presentation development, workshops, and technical concept proof events

- Meeting weekly with other SE Interns and mentors to discuss what you've learned

- Learning how to present technical concepts to customers and how to discover their needs

- Collaborating with peers in developing a knowledge resource for subsequent intern cohorts

- Polishing your evangelizing technique, talking about our products and services to customers

To qualify, you should be actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related technical field. You should also possess a strong record of academic achievement and be available to work 40 hours a week for 12 weeks.
