## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Temple Fortune store, located at 820-832 Finchley Road, London, NW11 6XL. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales growth.

**Work Pattern:**

- Wednesday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Thursday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Friday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Saturday: 19:00 - 23:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store
