## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Metro Centre, Gateshead. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

Working Pattern: Mon 17-21, Wed 17-21, Sat 12-16. Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
