## Description

We're looking for a Staff Recruiter to lead hiring for strategic talent across Databricks' operational engine in AMER, specifically in Finance, Legal, People, and Corporate Functions.

Your role involves full-cycle hiring, from initial outreach to close, for highly sought-after profiles. You'll partner with Corporate Functions leaders as a strategic advisor on sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent insights.

Key responsibilities:

- Own full-cycle recruiting for Corporate Functions roles across AMER

- Partner with leaders on sourcing strategies and talent insights

- Engage passive, high-caliber corporate talent

- Build and sustain engaged talent pipelines

- Create winning closing strategies

- Use data to drive workforce planning and hiring process improvements

- Champion a world-class candidate experience

Requirements:

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, and the pay range for this role is: Zone 1: $153,000-$210,450 USD Zone 2: $137,800-$189,400 USD Zone 3: $130,100-$178,850 USD Zone 4: $122,400-$168,300 USD
