Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Newry The Quays. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Utilize digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities

- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on M&S Food products

**Requirements:**

- Ability to work late nights and flexible hours, including Sundays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Resilience and adaptability in a high-pressure environment

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 12:00 - 16:00

- Wednesday: 19:00 - 23:00

- Saturday: 13:00 - 17:00

**Additional Information:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- A +£3.00 p/h unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
