## Description

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in our Food section at Grantham Simply Food. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products

- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Work flexibly across various areas of the store

- Contribute to a positive team environment

**Requirements:**

- Be at least 18 years old

- Digitally confident with ability to use in-store devices

- Ability to work early mornings and flexible hours, including weekends

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Working Hours:**

- Week 1: Sunday (06:00-14:00), Tuesday (04:00-12:00), Thursday (04:00-12:00)

- Week 2: Wednesday (04:00-12:00), Friday (04:00-12:00), Saturday (04:00-12:00)

- Potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

**Pay:**

- Competitive hourly rate

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
