## Description

We’re seeking a hands-on Estate Services Caretaker to help keep our estates looking their best. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Your day might involve:

- Conducting lighting checks and replacing bulbs as needed

- Cleaning communal areas

- Working closely with your team and residents to ensure smooth operations

- Being a visible, approachable presence on-site five days a week

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

- A full, clean UK manual driving licence

- Experience in caretaking or cleaning

- Familiarity with powered equipment

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others
