## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager (FSO) to oversee site management, clinical monitoring, and central monitoring deliverables. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring patient safety, protocol compliance, and data integrity.

Responsibilities:

- Manage site interactions, including site activation, patient recruitment, and site closeout

- Oversee clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables

- Identify and mitigate risks to clinical trial management deliverables

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including study start-up, patient recruitment, and data management

- Develop and maintain clinical study tools and templates

- Provide training to study team members

- Ensure quality of clinical monitoring and site management deliverables

- Review project oversight dashboards and clinical trial systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field

- Demonstrated expertise in site management and monitoring

- Experience with risk-based monitoring

- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to apply problem-solving techniques to resolve complex issues
