## Description

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Consultant to join our Commercial Engagement Services (CES) team in Berlin. As a Pharmaceutical Consultant, you will work closely with our life science customers to support them through flexible sales and personnel solutions for sustainable market success.

**Your Tasks:**

- You will be responsible for achieving sales and market share targets in your territory for vaccines.

- You will build strategic relationships with doctors and pharmacies in your territory and think beyond traditional field force activities.

- You will develop and implement creative, scalable engagement formats for doctors and pharmacies that go beyond traditional face-to-face visits.

- You will take ownership of territory management and consider regional peculiarities.

- You will analyze market, competitive, and customer needs in your region and derive measures and action plans.

- You will have a high willingness to travel and work flexibly from home.

**Your Profile:**

- You have completed a degree in pharmaceutical sciences, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification according to §75 AMG.

- You have at least 3 years of experience in field force, ideally already in the vaccine or infection area.

- You are familiar with building new channels or alternative sales routes.

- You are digitally literate and have experience with digital tools/channels.

- You work entrepreneurially, independently, and have high travel and flexibility readiness.

- You have excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, as well as very good German and good English skills.
