## Description

We are seeking a Project Leader to work on our service agreement with Vattenfall Eldistribution. The role involves maintenance of overhead power lines within the 40-130 kV voltage range.

As a Project Leader, you will have a key role in creating the best conditions for technicians in the field and the organization. The work will focus on safety, progress, engagement, and quality.

Your main tasks will include:

- Managing project planning and execution through work leadership and coordination

- Informing and reporting on project status to clients

- Being responsible for the economic outcome of projects and handling closures and follow-ups

- Leading construction meetings and negotiations with clients

- Actively contributing to creating Sweden's safest workplace

You will primarily work from your office but also spend time in the field. Travel is a natural part of the job. The work is independent, but there is a strong focus on collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with a problem-solving and coaching approach to leadership. You should be able to drive projects forward independently and have a strong commitment to your assignments. You will be motivated by offering service and quality to your colleagues and customers and acting in a business-like manner with good entrepreneurship.

Requirements:

- Upper secondary education or higher, preferably in electrical power, electrical engineering, or a related field

- Experience of work leadership or project management

- Familiarity with interpreting contracts

- B driver's license

- Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing

Meritocratic advantages:

- Experience in electrical or power engineering

- Knowledge of materials within 40-130kV

- Experience from the construction or contracting industry
