**About the Role**

This position is responsible for designing propositions to cater to the evolving needs of AIA Philippines Group's target customers.

The position's remit will include:

- Delivery and maintenance of a robust, current customer and market segmentation

- Partnering with Product Management & Delivery teams to design and/or package propositions that will address target customer needs

- Enabling the proper communication of propositions to customers via distribution teams

- Delivering a wealth protection and high net worth proposition strategy

Expected outcomes and contributions include increased distributor adoption of new products, growth in sales driven by better customer-product match, and enhanced margins delivered through innovative product designs and better product mix.

**Roles and Responsibilities:**

- Customer Segmentation & Insights – Deliver multi-dimensional customer segmentation to identify, size and prioritize customer segments.

- Propositions Design – Partner with Customer Experience team to inform proposition development with customer segmentation and insights, and design customers' experience around products and services.

- Proposition Marketing & Communications – Partner with Brand and Distribution Training teams to design compelling launch and communication plans for propositions.

- Health Proposition Development & Implementation – Leverage the company's existing health assets and third-party value added services to enable the delivery of propositions that empower customers to own and actively participate in their health journeys.

- Protection and Long Term Savings Proposition Development & Implementation – Deliver wealth protection and long term savings propositions designed to address customers long-term financial needs.

- VUL Proposition Development & Implementation – Design compelling, value-delivering and sustainable VUL propositions, in partnership with the Pricing and Product Development teams.

- High Net Worth Proposition Development & Implementation – Define a high net worth proposition strategy, and identify appropriate solutions for this customer segment.

- People - Lead a team of 4 members.

- Financial Management - Accountable for the management of budget for their functional area.

- Risk Management – Ensure proper risk assessments are done on all activities under their remit.

**Minimum Job Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or another related field

- 5-10 years experience leading marketing functions in the area of customer and/or product

- Demonstrated ability to deliver customer solutions based on insights, and effectively engage customers and distribution partners

- Previous experience and track record of success building and leading teams
