## Description

MediCard Phils., Inc. is seeking an Agency Engagement and Communications Specialist to shape and optimize internal and external communication strategies for MediCard agents and agencies.

The successful candidate will:

- Foster trust, collaboration, and effective communication between MediCard and its agencies

- Develop initiatives to boost MediCard agent morale and engagement

- Provide guidance, resources, and assistance to help MediCard agencies achieve their goals

- Monitor and analyze MediCard agent performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

- Develop and manage reward systems, bonuses, or recognition initiatives to motivate agencies

- Address and resolve issues or concerns raised by agents promptly and effectively
