## Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager in the Silesia Area (Katowice, Chorzów, Bytom), you'll lead restaurant and retail acquisition and growth. Your tasks include:

- Managing the end-to-end sales process for high-potential partners

- Identifying new business opportunities and market trends

- Optimizing the sales pipeline and forecasting

- Negotiating partnership terms and ensuring long-term collaborations

- Partnering with cross-functional teams for smooth onboarding and partner success

- Using data insights to refine acquisition strategies

## Requirements

- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in food delivery, hospitality, or FMCG

- Strong track record of closing high-value deals and managing partnerships

- Strategic thinking and execution excellence

- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

- Fluency in Polish and English

## Compensation

The starting total target compensation (On-Target Earnings) for this role is between 10,180 zł and 12,725 zł PLN.
