## Description

We are seeking an Associate, Electrical to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role is crucial to the establishment of a MEP Design Capacity in Noida, working in line with WSP Global standards and promoting technical excellence.

The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of engineers, stimulating and managing significant growth in a technically demanding environment, meeting time, cost, and quality targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Liaising with design teams to agree on project briefs, deliverables, and programmes

- Ensuring design quality and technical reviews

- Managing fees, invoicing, and project-resource management

- Mentoring and coaching junior team members

- Leading the design process and setting clear goals

The ideal candidate will have:

- Proven experience in building services design

- Experience with technical mechanical or electrical software

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications

- Fluency in English with excellent technical terminology knowledge

- British Chartered Engineer status or equivalent

- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

- Membership in an accredited engineering body
