## Description

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving financial and trade sales targets for all distributors, towns, and specified geography. You will set up business and personnel relationships with distributors to ensure long-term success of Red Bull strategies.

Key responsibilities:

- Implement and align sales fundamentals with distributors and customers

- Measure and adapt sales fundamentals to maximize growth potential

- Manage distributor claims, inventory, and warehouse hygiene

- Recruit, train, and develop frontline field force

- Plan and execute marketing activations and sales drives

- Ensure all relevant outlets are serviced and merchandised

- Develop and review guidelines to track and measure objectives

- Manage distributor inventory and maintain hygiene at warehouses

- Drive alternate channel objectives and maintain relationships with key accounts

Requirements:

- Graduation or higher education

- 2-5 years of FMCG sales experience

- Experience handling distributors and frontline field force

- Experience in General Trade (GT)

- Fluent in Kannada and English

- Basic leadership qualities, good communication, planning, and presentation skills

- Analytical ability and logical thinking

- Passion for the brand

Travel: 50-60%
