## Description

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their team in Jamestown, ND.

The successful candidate will work in an outpatient setting with patients of all ages, collaborating with a team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, and a chiropractor.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength

- Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for patients affected by injury or disease

- Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards

- Document patient information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans

- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and self-exercises

- Demonstrate knowledge of current research in daily treatment of patients

Requirements:

- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure

- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within the first 60 days of employment

Benefits:

- Salary range: $33.00 - $52.00 per hour

- Sign-on bonus: $10,000 with a commitment
