**Position Summary** An Operations Supervisor supports the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.

When there is no manager onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures smooth store operations, and oversees opening and closing procedures.

**Essential Functions:**

- Management:

- Work effectively with store management and crews

- Supervise store crew by assigning tasks, directing activities, and following up

- Communicate effectively with store management and crews

- Customer Service:

- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints

- Promote CVS customer service culture

- Handle customer relations issues according to company policy

- Provide personalized customer service feedback and coaching to colleagues

- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality

- Merchandise/Presentation:

- Price merchandise

- Stock shelves

- Support planning and execution of displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise

- Support planning and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise

**Required Qualifications:**

- Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills

- Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills

- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, and weekends, and to respond to urgent issues

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience as a retail supervisor

**Education:**

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Anticipated Weekly Hours:**

- 32

- $20.47 - $29.47
