Join Razer's global mission to revolutionize gaming. As a Senior Finance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting Razer Gold entities in Singapore and Australia.

**Job Responsibilities**

- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

- Conduct monthly financial analysis, including revenue, gross profit margin, and expenses fluctuation.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to identify areas of concern.

- Manage cash flow analysis and projections to optimize cash flow and plan for future needs.

- Collaborate with foreign business teams to obtain information, clarify accounting policies, and address issues.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities on finance-related matters.

- Ensure compliance with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) safeguarding requirements.

- Provide timely responses to queries and requests from foreign entities.

- Ensure foreign entities comply with local financial regulations and tax laws.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Perform financial close activities and prepare management accounts, financial reports, and supporting schedules.

- Maintain accounting record integrity and ensure financial data completeness and accuracy.

- Prepare statutory financial statements and support internal and external audit requirements.

- Support regulatory reporting and compliance requirements, including MAS reporting obligations.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Support tax compliance activities, including GST/VAT, withholding tax, and corporate tax matters.

- Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.

- Drive continuous process improvements and support system enhancements.

**Pre-Requisites**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CA) advantageous.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, or Record-to-Report (R2R) functions.

- Experience in managing full set accounts, financial close activities, and statutory reporting.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within established timelines.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems in a finance and accounting environment.
