## Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Lab Provisioning & Integration to join our team in Berkeley, MO. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will apply sophisticated engineering principles and deep expertise to architect and deliver highly scalable, secure, and resilient lab environments supporting critical multi-program integration and test activities.

**Responsibilities:**

- Advanced Lab Environment Leadership: Architect, provision, and optimize complex lab/test environments on-premises and across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).

- Integration Testing Architecture: Lead the design and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide automated integration testing workflows involving multiple program segments.

- Strategic Deployment Pipeline Ownership: Drive innovation in deployment mechanisms and pipelines for physical and virtual systems.

- Data-Driven Insight & Decision Making: Establish advanced processes for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting performance, stability, and integration data.

- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a recognized technical leader and resource, mentor and guide engineers across projects.

- Security & Compliance Leadership: Lead integration of security principles and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (CIS, NIST, SOC 2, FedRAMP).

- Cross-Organizational Liaison: Represent Boeing as a trusted technical advisor on advanced programs.

**Requirements:**

- Active Secret US Security Clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret post-start.

- Bachelor's Degree.

- 9+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Knowledge of CICD process tools such as GITLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins etc.

- Experience with light scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash).

- Experience leading people and complex projects.
