## Description

We are seeking a Networking Qualification Engineer II to join our team. As a Hybrid role, you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

The successful candidate will design, analyze, develop, modify, and evaluate electrical/electronic parts, components, sub-systems, algorithms, or integrated circuitry for electrical/electronic equipment and other hardware systems.

Key responsibilities include:

- Designing portions of engineering solutions for electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms

- Developing and implementing parameters and test plans for existing designs

- Collaborating and communicating with internal and outsourced development partners on electrical hardware design and development

- Participating as a member of project teams to develop reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

- Typically 2-4 years of experience

- Using electrical design tools and software packages

- Ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills

- Designing electronic components, integrated circuitry, and algorithms

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
