## Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex hydroelectricity and dam projects in Quebec and Canada. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in delivering projects while contributing to business growth and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Manage multidisciplinary projects in hydroelectricity and dams

- Develop and maintain client relationships

- Provide leadership and guidance

- Participate in conferences and training activities

- Occasionally travel for project meetings, site visits, and training

- Support project management processes

- Monitor project costs and schedules using appropriate tools and techniques

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field

- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)

- 10+ years of senior experience in hydroelectricity and dams

- Experience in managing complex projects with multiple mechanical and electrical interfaces

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- French-English bilingualism

- ASP Construction card

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills

- PMP certification (asset)

- Familiarity with planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6) (asset)
