## Description

Samsara is seeking an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to join its Customer Success team. The consultant will be responsible for helping large-scale customers deploy and adopt Samsara's IoT solutions for their fleet and industrial assets.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role, with a proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing the deployment of Samsara technology to large-scale customers

- Creating launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage

- Tracking implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health

- Running training sessions and demonstrating Samsara's technology

- Championing Samsara's cultural values
