The Ford of Europe Order Fulfilment Operations team are the face of the European and Export Markets to all EU Production Sources, the MP&L team, and of the EU Markets to non-EU Production Sources. Key responsibilities are to ensure vehicle supply is matched to demand across the EU region, Company Owned Inventory turns quickly and efficiently and the benefits of Lean OTD are realized. **Responsibilities** - Responsible for Order Bank management, raising central orders in the optimum best seller mix, facilitating high match of customer demand to pipeline orders, and determining a healthy mix of stock in distribution compounds as bestsellers to facilitate short customer lead times between order and delivery - Ensure orders are aligned to best-selling forecast mixes, and are always available when required by Production Scheduling teams to ensure stability of supplier releases, plant schedule and minimize customer delivery times - Monitor daily inventory & manage volume refill based on agreed rules. Place, amend and cancel orders - Ensure Markets & Brand Teams are kept up to date with latest scheduling information including production changes, constraints - Coordinate MP1 Programs, make sure that MP1 orders are created in time, and aligned to specifications requested by plant/brand/NSCs. - Manage operational scheduling meetings - Collect and communicate scheduling priorities in cooperation with Brand Teams: - Monitor scheduling activity – advise what to commit - Manage prioritization of production (ageing sold orders, other requests) - Manage Model Year changes with special focus on run-out or new features - Maintain fleet ordering and contract amendment templates - Actively cooperate in process improvements regarding central ordering - Support Cross Market Trade and In Market Trade via VISTA (EU ordering system) XMT tool - Develop, maintain and distribute Order Bank and Order Fulfilment reports, i.e. Order Bank vs. allocation reporting, scheduling reports, daily order bank reports, ad-hoc reports - Support markets with query resolution related to units stuck in production, any logistics or other related issues **Qualifications** - Hold a university or college degree; a qualification in logistics, business, economics, IT, or engineering is an advantage. - Have 2–4 years of relevant professional experience. - Possess strong analytical skills and are confident working with numbers, presenting analyses, and explaining proposals to senior management. - Communicate clearly and confidently, build strong professional relationships, and remain calm under pressure. - Apply a systematic and holistic approach to business challenges and tasks. - Have a good understanding of Sales, Services, and Marketing functions and processes. - Can manage multiple priorities effectively, organize your time well, and consistently meet deadlines. - Are a creative problem-solver with a proactive, can-do attitude. - Have experience with order management or sales reporting systems,this is an advantage but not essential. - Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including confidently creating and developing Excel spreadsheets. - Are fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. **What you'll love about us:** - Being part of a fully supportive, collaborative, and dynamic team - Hybrid working model with 4 days a week on-site - Continuous challenges and great opportunities contributing to your professional development and next career step at one of the largest automotive companies in the world - Cafeteria – Benefits package - As you will join a car sales company you can use your discount for used car purchase and you can have the chance to try even the most recent models during test driving days ## Skills ### Required - logistics - business - economics - IT - engineering - Microsoft Excel - PowerPoint - English ### Nice to have - order management - sales reporting systems --- Source: [Apply at efds.fa.em5.oraclecloud.com](https://efds.fa.em5.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1/job/70331?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply)
