## Description

Join a collaborative civil design team in Toronto as a Senior Design Technician. You'll contribute to infrastructure projects supporting growing communities while building technical skills alongside experienced engineers and designers.

**Your Impact**

- Support preparation of civil engineering drawings for municipal infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, and utilities.

- Assist in developing AutoCAD and Civil 3D models and drawings based on engineering direction.

- Contribute to accuracy and quality of design deliverables through careful drafting and revisions.

- Update drawing packages and maintain organized project documentation throughout the design process.

- Collaborate with engineers and designers to incorporate feedback and refine designs.

- Support quantity take-offs and basic design tasks to aid project delivery.

- Learn and apply municipal standards, regulations, and best practices in design work.

- Contribute to a team culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

**The Skills That Set You Apart**

- Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field.

- 10+ years of experience in drafting, preferably in structural infrastructure.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

- Familiarity with basic civil design concepts such as grading, servicing, and roadworks.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality drawings.

- Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop technical skills in a supportive team environment.

- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

- Exposure to BC municipal standards or consulting environments is considered an asset.

**Compensation**

- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $44.36 - $60.99 per hour

- MB & ON: $42.07 – $57.41 per hour

- NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $40.17 - $55.23 per hour
