## Description

As School Operations Manager at Lift Noel Park, you'll play a key role in keeping the school running smoothly, safely and efficiently.

You'll oversee a range of operational areas including finance, facilities, compliance, administration and health & safety. You'll be hands-on, visible and solution-focused, working closely with staff, contractors, families and the wider Trust.

No two days will be the same, and you'll be someone who enjoys solving problems and making things happen.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead the school's administration and operational functions.

- Oversee facilities, estates, catering, cleaning and IT services.

- Ensure high standards of compliance, health & safety and data protection.

- Support HR, recruitment, finance, procurement and staffing processes.

- Manage lettings, communications and wider operational logistics.

- Work closely with central and regional Trust teams.

- Support the school's marketing, website and social media.

- Identify ways to improve systems, processes and efficiency.

**What We're Looking For:** You'll be organised, proactive and confident, with experience of working in a busy operational environment. This could be within a school, facilities, project management, hospitality, events or another operational leadership role.
