## Description

As a Producer, you will shape the creative vision and content strategy of the General Events team at Red Bull, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver engaging content that reinforces the brand and connects with audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative content strategies and formats in line with the General Events strategy

- Lead end-to-end content productions, ensuring high editorial, technical, and creative standards

- Collaborate with local market teams to build content expertise and elevate the quality of local productions

- Identify local content and production opportunities with the potential to scale globally

- Work closely with Communication Managers, Channel Management, Production Management, and internal Live Broadcast team

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in developing and commissioning non-live content projects

- Proven track record of producing distinctive content in various formats

- Editorial expertise with the ability to evaluate and provide constructive feedback

- Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

- Experience in coordinating and guiding production partners

Location: Red Bull Austria operates out of our office in Fuschl am See, Austria.

Salary: The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is €2,760 gross per month.
