## Description

We are seeking a Principal Medical Scientist (Project Lead) - RWE to join our team. As a Principal Medical Scientist, you will manage project scope of work, objectives, and quality of deliverables to ensure project specific milestones and timelines are met. You will serve as primary interface between internal team, customers, and vendors in the areas of medical monitoring, medical data review, eligibility review and other project specific medical services.

Responsibilities:

- Develop medical plans (Medical Management Plan, Medical Data Review Plan, and Eligibility Review Plan) with Medical Directors

- Perform regular and ad-hoc medical review of data listings and visualizations as needed

- Collaborate with study team members to identify risks related to data integrity and subject safety

- Act as key scientific leader on customer partnership/portfolio/coalition level

- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to ensure project teams consistently operate in compliance with research principles and procedures

- Attend and present at Trusted Process meetings and may participate in internal and external audits or inspections

- Contribute to general and project-specific training

- Develop, or oversee the development of, work orders and change orders for projects involving MSM

- Provide strategic oversight and active contributions to the planning and development of medical monitoring and scientific services activities

Requirements:

- BA/BS Degree in life sciences or health related field with 5+ years practical experience or MS/MBA with 3+ years, PharmD/PhD 2 years, MD/DO with 1 year

- Industry experience in the Clinical Scientist role or similar capacity

- Experience working on multinational teams/studies

- Hands-on experience in epidemiology study design, conduct and analysis

- Experience in or leading study teams

- Strong knowledge of the clinical research process and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), monitoring, clinical and regulatory operations
