## Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Adjoint de Direction to join our team at Orfea, a subsidiary of Accor and SNCF. You will be responsible for managing our Paris Austerlitz residence (143 rooms) and Brétigny residence (17 rooms), as well as several satellite sites.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service and tailored solutions

- Managing and developing a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management

- Overseeing the operational management of the residences, including hygiene and safety standards, maintenance, and subcontracting

- Managing hotel room bookings and reservations

- Driving economic results and commercial development, including monitoring key performance indicators and budgets

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A Bac +2 or Bac +3 qualification in hospitality or a related field

- Proven experience in hospitality and/or customer service, preferably in a leadership role

- Strong team management and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously

- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality of service
